You will then be able to see screen names of friends who are connected at the time also. You can click on one or more pseudonyms and type talks between them. It is more than a 'real-time' enamel, because you can meet the other immediately. However, you can talk only to people who are currently connected, because it has its limits.

* Webcams: Although usually associated with the use of instant messaging, webcams provides a very different element of online communication. Usually a small device that attaches to your PC, webcam or Web camera allows you to see the person that you are talking about during a conversation. If combined with a microphone, you can only communicate with each other and watch a video screen that displays in the other person. It is particularly popular with long term relationships, it helps the person feel as if they were right in front of you.

Chat rooms are basically the place where everyone (except if compelled by some members) join the conversation group. Sites Web hosting chat rooms usually have room for different subjects, age or interest groups. In this way, you are more likely to discuss and find people who have something with you. Many times people join the chat rooms to meet other people, or to discuss openly with others. You can also private message or instant message anyone in the chat room, one on a conversation.

Forums: the Forum is a great way to ask questions to someone who knows the answer. Many times, a Web site will host a forum so that people can ask questions or post complaints on its Web site. Once again, Web hosting forums on a particular topic. Often there are moderators to ask questions and discussions, so it is still useful and clean.
